Permaseal Finishing, LLC is a family-owned and operated print-finishing business that was founded in
Florence, SC 35 years ago by Eason Chapman. Today, under the leadership of David Chapman, Permaseal has
relocated to Columbia, SC to better server our clients (many of whom have been with us from the very beginning).
Permaseal continues to offer a wide variety of print-finishing services, including custom index tabbing, transfer
taping, plastic or wire binding and tag stringing to name a few ... and only Permaseal offers the exclusive
high speed film laminating system, setting us apart from our competitors in the southeast.
